PRE-SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENTThe Department of the Interior (DOI), Bureau of Indian Education (BIE), Division of Acquisitions is issuing a Pre-solicitation Notice announcement to seek potential Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) sources who would be interested in installing a carport at Wingate High School Facility Management in Fort Wingate, New Mexico.This notice is to identify Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) that fall into the following available set aside categories. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code is 238990 and the small business size standard $16.50.No reimbursement will be made for any cost associated with this Pre-solicitation announcement. Any information submitted by respondents to this notice is strictly voluntary. It is requested that only those that meet the definition of these categories submit a response to this notice. Send your capabilities statement to include your business size, description of your

specialties, contact information (business name, contact person, phone number and email address), general contracting license number and construction bonding capabilities (per single and aggregate).The contract scope of work consists of the following discipline the installing a carport at Wingate High School Facility Management is requesting to attain a covered steel carport to provide cover and protection to GSA vehicles and maintenance equipment. A pre-engineered vehicle carport will allow GSA vehicles and maintenance equipment to be covered in the parking yard area at the maintenance facility yard in Fort Wingate, N.M. The carport is to be large enough to facilitate a minimum of 8 vehicles and equipment. Provided design of the carport should have a of solid construction. Carport shall be covered on all sides except entry into carport from the front to allow for parking under carport. The requested carport should be approximately 120 ft x 20 ft x 11/8 ft slanted with an opening in the front. A more detailed statement of work will be provided with solicitation package to all eligible contractors.Interest parties are requested to provide their UEI number for verification of inclusion in the System for Award Management (SAM).
