Sealed bids will be received in the Office of the Westmoreland County Controller, 2 North Main Street, Suite 111 Greensburg, PA 15601, until 2:00 PM on
August 10, 2021 for
Bid: Guide Rail Replacement County Roads. Bids shall be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:15 PM that day in the Commissioners’ Meeting Room #101. Project purpose is to replace approximately 12000 feet of guide rail along 13½ miles of County Roads in the areas of Irwin Borough, City of Latrobe, North Huntingdon, Sewickley, and Unity Townships. The minimum wage requirements as determined by the PA Department of Labor & Industry shall apply to this project. The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids. An original and two copies of the complete official bid form must be submitted in a sealed envelope, and addressed to the Westmoreland County Controller and clearly marked on the outside of the envelope with the Bidder’s name and address and the designation: BID: GUIDE RAIL REPLACEMENT COUNTY ROADS Late Proposals will not be accepted or considered.
