Sole Source Solicitation N64498-16-R-5059 to Leidos, Inc. for Rugged 46 Inch LCD Bulkhead Mount Displays

This is a synopsis/pre-solicitation notice for commercial supplies as prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 5.207, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) seeks to award a firm fixed price (FFP) contract using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) to Leidos, Inc. of 22635 Davis Dr., Ste. 160, Sterling, VA, 20164-7103.NSWCPD has established a requirement for a quantity of three (3) of the Rugged 46 Inch LCD Bulkhead Mount Assembly.This procurement is for equipment to support the establishment of the USS Theodore Roosevelt's (CVN 71) Advanced Damage Control System (ADCS), which is a part of the Nimitz Class Machinery Control System (MCS).The required delivery of the supply items is 120 days after date of award. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 334513 with a size standard of 750.The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and does not constitute a solicitation.
