The Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select a vendor(s) to provide family support services for three (3) years with the option of up to two (2) one-year renewals in the categories of Literacy & Social-Emotional Family Learning, and Cultural Diversity & Celebration Family Learning. A Pre-conference regarding statement of qualifications submittal is scheduled Wednesday, June 28, 2023 at 10:00 AM. The virtual Pre-conference

will be hosted via Teams with options to join in online or over the phone. Instructions are posted on Procureware. Proposals will be received prior to 2:01 P.M. on July 19, 2023 on Procureware, the District’s online purchasing portal https://fresnousdpurchasing.procureware.com/home. Qualifications received later than the designated time and date will not be accepted. Facsimile (FAX), mailed or e-mailed copies of submittals will not be accepted. Proposals will not be read out loud as they are based on proposal criteria scoring.
