The testing will be for employment candidates for positions requiring a specified language skill prior to employment, employees seeking a position requiring specified language skill, employees seeking additional pay for a specified language skill, and for retesting employees currently receiving compensation for a specified language skill. This contract will be effective for a period of five years with one - two year

renewal.
