agency sources for additional information.BackgroundThe IRS seeks to obtain contractor professional and management support services and subject matter expertise to assist the IMF Modernization Program in all dimensions including planning, program strategy and analysis, program technical solutions analysis and specifications, supporting and project definition and oversight, and ad hoc analysis support.ObjectiveNo decision has yet been made regarding the acquisition strategy or the small business strategy for this requirement.
