HP Pagewide XL 4600 Printers Maintenance Services

The Contractor shall provide management, labor, tools, parts, materials, travel, and equipment necessary to perform inspections, maintenance, calibrations, and repairs of two (2) HP manufactured PageWide XL 4600 printers (RS312G#BCB) to original manufacturer specification operational functionality in strict accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). These services shall be performed at Hill Air Force Base, IT. This will be a one year base contract with 4 (one) year options, making the total Period of Performance five (5) years. The effective date that the first base year will start is 11 Dec 2022. ALL EQUIPMENT IN THE STATEMENT OF WORK SHALL BE MAINTAINED BY FULLY CERTIFIED HP-AUTHORIZED TECHNICIANS AND SHALL USE ONLY HP MANUFACTURED PARTS. VENDORS MUST PROVIDE EVIDENCE OF HP CERTIFICATION FOR THEIR TECHNICIANS IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR
