A (MANDATORY) pre-proposal conference to respond to all inquiries with regards to this project will be held at 9:00 AM ET, THURSDAY, MAY 23, 2019 in the on the first floor of Courthouse Parking Deck in front of the elevator, located at 325 E. Washington St. Athens, Ga. Potential offerors are (Required) to attend. Offerors are encouraged to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. Failure to attend the site visit will be considered in the evaluation criteria. In no event, shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. A Site visit will be held on THURSDAY, MAY 23, 2019 at 9:00 a. m. All prospective vendors should meet Beth Smith, Coordinator of Facilities Management promptly at 10:00 a.m. on the first floor of Courthouse Parking Deck in front of the elevator, located at 325 E. Washington St. Athens, Ga.
