The work to be performed includes the enhancement of existing HPEM system performance (effectiveness and recuperation time) modeling tools, including JREM, ANODE, and TMax, as well as the development of new HPEM performance modeling and simulation tools for future modeling needs. The work also includes assisting in the application of these tools in the analysis of HPEM system performance. Finally, this work includes the incorporation of HPEM system performance modeling and simulation capabilities or their results into mission and campaign level modeling tools.JREM, TMax, ANODE, Galaxy, AFSIM and ICEPIC are government owned software. The selected contractor will be granted access to this software as government furnished information as necessary in performance of this contract. EMBDAT and TAEMDR are government-purpose rights software that may be provided for integration and testing purposes in fulfilment of this contract.Specifically, this work falls within the Directed Energy Directorate’s High Power Electromagnetic Division, Numerical Simulation and Effects Program (AFRL/RDH), Kirtland AFB, New
