Signs, Decals, Banners, Supplies, Repairs and Other Related Products and Services

The Lewisville Independent School District (LISD) is accepting Competitive Sealed Proposals (CSP) for Signs, Decals, Banners, Supplies, Repairs and Other Related Products and Services. If approved by the LISD Board of Trustees, this CSP will add multiple vendors to address the needs of the District for sign, decal, banners, supplies and repairs, on an as needed basis. This CSP can be utilized by all campuses and departments within Lewisville ISD which is composed of approximately 80 facilities. All interested vendors are encouraged to respond to this Competitive Sealed Proposal, in its entirety, and should submit all required bid attachments. Proposal evaluations may be impacted by missing or incomplete information during the review process. Signs, Decals, Banners, Supplies, Repairs and Other Related Products and Services shall be awarded at District discretion, and may be awarded to one or multiple vendors determined to be the best value to the District. The term of this proposal

submittal shall be from June 2024 - June 2026. There will be two successive renewal options, each consisting of a two year term, based on the long-range needs of the District and mutual consent of both parties, and contingent on approval by the LISD Board of Trustees.
