Justification and Approval (J&A) for a Short-Term Personal Services Contract (PSC)

This is to execute an approval U.S. Personal Services Contract (USPSC) issued to an offshore Development Outreach and Communication Specialist (Advisor), in USAID/Afghanistan's Office of Program and Project Development (OPPD). The new Contract is for six (6) months full term basis from approximately February 28, 2018 through to August 29, 2018.
