describes the non-personal services required to operate, maintain, and logistically support the 50th Space Wing (50 SW) information and communications systems identified herein. The scope of this requirement includes operations center support and organizational level maintenance for the Global Broadcast Service (GBS) Operation Center (GBSOC) and the associated Defense Enterprise Computing Center (DECC) equipment; operations and organizational level maintenance support for the Military Satellite Communications (MILSATCOM) facility on Schriever AFB (SAFB); Information Assurance (IA) assessments and training; database maintenance and management; expertise to support the 50 SW Maintenance Operations Center (MOC), mission impact reporting (MIR) for the Air Force Satellite Communication Network (AFSCN) and configuration management for 50 SW infrastructure documentation.Additionally, the PWS includes operational systems management; e.g. Milstar/Advanced Extremely High Frequency (AEHF), Large Fixed Earth Terminals/Wideband Global SATCOM (WGS), and their associated subsystems, databases, software versions, interfaces, and interdependencies in configuration management activities.During the life of the WICS-II contract, other agencies may locate to SAFB and may require support under this PWS. 50 SW anticipates potential new/upgraded systems to come on-line throughout the contract period of performance. However, as new/upgraded systems come on line, the legacy systems may be retired and the overall workload may increase, decrease or remain the same. These requirements represent potential changes to the contract, and are considered to be within the scope of the contract.Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted.This acquisition competitively set aside for socially and economically disadvantaged 8(a) Small Business under NAICS code 517410, Satellite Telecommunications; Size Standard: $35M.
