The Vermont Fish and Wildlife Department (State) is seeking to establish agreements with one or more companies that can provide real estate appraisal services for state land and proposed land acquisitions. Prospective companies shall have Vermont licensed real estate appraisers on staff who can demonstrate experience to perform the worked outlined in this RFP.
Contractor(s) shall be capable of and responsible for developing an opinion of fair market value for land according to USPAP and/or Yellow-book standards.
