Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source Gartner

This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT.  The Army Contracting Command Aberdeen Proving Ground, Tenant Contracting Division, 6565 Surveillance Loop, Aberdeen Proving Ground MD 21005 has a requirement to procure (2) 1-year subscriptions of Gartner's toolkits and research products for the Army Futures Command, located at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland.

The Government intends to award a firm-fixed priced sole source purchase order to Gartner, 1201 Wilson Blvd, Arlington, VA 22209.  Manufacturer, Gartner, Inc will provide to DEVCOM HQ G6 Gartner toolkits.  The associated North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 519130 and the Business Size Standard is 1000.
All responses received within 10 days after date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government.  A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.  Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than 11:00 AM EST, 21 May 2021.  Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements.
