BACKGROUND/INTRODUCTION City of Plano (the “City”) is soliciting proposals from offerors qualified to provide develop a training program related to leadership, fundraising, and community engagement and train City staff to deliver it.  Qualified offerors may include training specialists who do not necessarily specialize in the subject matter and subject matter experts who may not have extensive experience in training.



PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE The term of the contract is
one (1) year with
four (4) City-optional
one (1) year renewals.



PROPOSAL RESPONSE FORMAT Provide

one
(1) original hardcopy and

two (2) softcopies on electronic media (e.g.,

USB drive or CD). All pages should be numbered. Include the cost proposal in the hardcopy and as a separate electronic file, preferably in Excel format.



EVALUATION CRITERIA The City of Plano will select the proposal that is determined to be the best value for the City considering the relative importance of the following criteria and weights and any other facts considered relevant by the City. The City reserves the right to award contracts without any negotiations and reserves the right to not make an award.
