The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to provide rail line inspections where the contractor is responsible for access such as snow removal in the winter months; this includes three (3) inspections per year, for a three-year period. per Acknowledgement Document, Item 7 – Bidders are advised that it is understood and agreed that in the event of their Tender being accepted within 30 (thirty) calendar days of the date and time stated for closing of tenders and their failing or refusing to carry out the contract in accordance with the terms of their Tender, their bid security, if required by the tender, (i) if in the form of a wire transfer, shall be forfeited to His Majesty the King in Right of Canada, or (ii) if in the form of a Bid Bond, the Bonding Company shall be liable in accordance with the Bond.
