It is for information and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of DLA Energy. DLA Energy is seeking to identify Small Businesses that are interested in, and capable of providing ongoing ground fuel support for the Defense Logistics Agency Energy. This notice includes the ground fuel requirements for DLA Energy customers located in (COG 6): Colorado, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.
