This solicitation is limited to transcripts ordered by the Court for its own use to be paid by the Court and to transcripts that the Court orders prepared for indigent parties to be paid by the Court. INSTRUCTIONS TO RESPONDENTS (Please note that this Section does not become part of any resultant contract): Offerors are solely responsible for submitting bids, and any modifications or withdrawals to be submitted electronically via PeriscopeHoldings.com. Paper responses will not be accepted. Any proposal,

modification, or withdrawal received after the designated time is "late" and will be rejected and not evaluated. SCHEDULE OF EVENTS: Review of Qualifications (ROQ) issued: April 16, 2024 Written (Electronic) questions to solicitation due: May 10, 2024. All questions and answers shall be posted to PeriscopeHoldings.com under the Q&A tab for this solicitation and must be received by the close of business, 5:00 p.m., Arizona time. ROQ close date: May 16, 2024. Deadline for submission of responses must be received prior to 2:00 p.m., Arizona time. All responses to this ROQ become the property of the Superior Court of Arizona in Maricopa County and will be held confidential to the extent permissible by law. The Court will not be held accountable if material from solicitation responses are obtained without the written consent of the Offeror by parties other than the Court.
