RFP #2024-019 - Executive Search Consulting and Related Services

The desired outcome of this RFP for Executive Search Consulting and Related Services is for NCTCOG to enter into a Master Services Agreement (“MSA”) with one or more Contractors to supply municipalities, counties, school districts and other governmental agencies (“Customer”, “Government Entity”) with assistance in the recruitment of executive positions, various mid to high level management positions, and/or difficult to recruit specialized positions. NCTCOG intends to award a contract to one or more firms, dependent upon the evaluation of the quality and quantity of proposals received.
