First purpose of this notice is to allow potential quoters the opportunity to respond with comments and input to help the government to further clarify the upcoming RFQ. The government does not intend to post answers, but will use the comments in finalizing the RFQ.  Please provide comments on the contents of the attached file “Draft-Extracts”, which contains “key portions only” of the draft RFQ, by COB 24 Feb 2020 on the follow areas:a.
