Work will include new curb and decorative protective bollards at parking lot edge. Remove the old patio surface concrete and the raised concrete circle and repave. Miscellaneous improvements including minor or new/refurbished landscape and irrigation, stepping stones connection to street edge sidewalk, painting of all outdoor walls and metal fences of entire facility.
