The Naval Medical Research Center intends to award a sole source contract to Idexx Laboratories, Inc., Westbrook, ME, 04092. This is not a request for competitive proposals; however, if interested, the government shall consider all responses.The requirement is for a contract on a sole source to provide an extended annual maintenance service agreement to include coverage of the electronic, electromechanical and mechanical components necessary for the proper operations of the existing IDEXX instruments. This will support NAMRU-SA research projects with marginal disruption. The period of performance for this contract is anticipated to be a base period of 12-months followed by four 12-month option periods for a total of 60 months.
