Rock Creek Campus Entry Improvements

Portland Community College ("PCC") is soliciting bids from qualified Contractors to provide improvements to the Rock Creek Campus entrance.
Complete minimum specifications and required bid documents are in the Invitation to Bid (ITB) document. The ITB may be obtained from the PCC Solicitations Opportunities website located at:
http://www.pcc/edu/purchasing. Interested bidders who are not equipped to download the ITB may request a copy by emailing James Lasseter at:
james.lasseter@pcc.edu.
There will be a mandatory PreBid Conference, held at the Rock Creek Campus entrance, located at 17705 NW
Springville Rd., Portland OR 97229 at 10:00AM June 27, 2019. Attendance sign-in sheets will be available at the PreBid Conference. Bids received from entities not on the sign-in attendance roster will be rejected.
Sealed bids must be delivered to the following office no later than 2:00PM (Pacific) 8/1/2019:

Bids will be publically opened and read at the PCC Planning and Capital Construction office, located at: 9700 SW Capitol Highway - Suite 260 Portland OR 97219 commencing at 2:30PM (Pacific Time) on August 1, 2019. Any interested party is invited to attend the public bid opening.
This is a Public Works Project, subject to the provisions of ORS 279C.800 through 279C-870 including the payment of workers not less than the applicable prevailing wages, pursuant to ORS 279C.840 as listed in the Prevailing Wage Rates for Public Works Contracts in Oregon, published by the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries (BOLI) January 1, 2019 and amended on April 1, 2019 which can be downloaded at the following address:
www.oregon.gov/boli/WHD/PWR/Pages/pwr_state.aspx. The work will take place in Washington County, Oregon.
Bids may be rejected for not complying with all prescribed public bidding procedures or for good cause on a finding by PCC that it is in the public interest to do so. PCC reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities.
