The primary goal for this RFP is to contract with general contractors who have knowledge and experience in construction projects over $500,000 with a pre-construction component. These contractors will provide pre-construction and construction services on an as needed basis for both new construction and large scale improvements to various facilities owned, operated and maintained by the City.
