It is the offerors responsibility to confirm receipt of the offer from Pat Newbery, Contract Specialist. ________________________________________________________________________Base- October 10, 2023This is a non-personnel services contract to provide cleaning and trash pick-up services at recreation areas on the Davy Crockett National Forest: Ratcliff Lake Recreation Area (day use and campground), White Rock Horse Camp, Piney Creek Horse Camp and Neches Bluff Overlook.Ratcliff Lake Recreation Area offers the public a recreational experience in a rural environment. The day use area offers picnic tables with stand-up grills, swimming area, trail head for 4 hiking trails, fishing piers, boat ramp, dump station and a pavilion for group gatherings. The campground has 56 camping sites, 26 sites offer electrical hook ups and access to water hooks, picnic tables, fire ring and lantern post. Thirty sites are non-electrical with limited access to water hook ups, tent pad, fire ring, picnic table and lantern post.
