This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services/items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 in conjunction with FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 1.A. Project Title: Howard Medical Carts 1.B. Set Aside: This solicitation is set aside for Small Businesses 1.E. Applicable NAICS code: 334111, Electronic Computer Manufacturing 1.F. Small Business Size Standard: 1250 Employees 1.G. Scope: New Mexico Veterans Affairs Health Care System (NMVAHCS) Cardiology Clinic requires (3) Howard HI-Care E Plus mobile Workstation On Wheels Medical Carts for patient consent and documentation at bedside for the inpatient and outpatient Heart Catheterization and Stress Tests Lab setting. They are replacing old medical carts that don t have the necessary patient consent capability. The mobile carts must have signature pad for pre-surgery and Heart Catheterization and Stress Tests consent at the bedside with providers. The mobile carts must also include a computer to be compatible for the upcoming installation of Cerner EHRM. The computers will be part of the purchase and the internal Office of Informational & Technology will be responsible to image computer to be compliant with OI&T regulations. 3.A. Required Items as specified in the SOW 3.B. Additional Requirements. 3.B.1 Place Of Delivery: New Mexico VA Health Care System, Raymond G. Murphy VAMC, 1501 San Pedro Dr. SE, Albuquerque, NM 87108 3.B.2. Hours: Normal duty hours are 7:30 a.m. through 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, not including federal holidays. Whenever contact with a facility is required outside of normal duty hours, the Contractor shall coordinate these times with the designated COR, POC or designee. 3.B.3.
