ITB Ammunition

The City of Fort Worth seeks bids from qualified bidders to establish an annual agreement for ammunition on an as needed basis for the City's Police Department per the attached specifications. The term of this Agreement shall begin on the date stated in Purchase Order (“Effective Date”) and shall expire one year from the effective date, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. This Agreement may be renewed automatically under the same terms and conditions for four additional one year periods, unless City of Vendor provides the other party with notice of non-renewal at least 60 days before the expiration of the initial term or renewal
