Scope of Services
The City of Modesto, on behalf of the Tuolumne River Regional Park Joint Powers Authority (TRRP JPA), is seeking proposals for professional design consultant services to prepare the Tuolumne River Regional Park Master Plan Update, Environmental Documentation and Economic Development Strategy for the Tuolumne River Regional Park. The firms must include adequate information showing qualifications and resources to provide the requested services for the type of work referenced in the RFQ/RFP.
