Introduction: 3sHealth is seeking proposals for an experienced and reputable architectural firm to be immediately available to complete a multi-phase project (the “Project”) on time and on budget. 3sHealth has recently approved a leased space exceeding 40,000 sq. ft. at an office building in downtown Regina to create office space for 175 to 200 employees spanning 6 floors. At the time of posting this RFP, lease negotiations were in progress. By the end of the Last Day for Submission of Questions date, the specific location will be disclosed. It is desired, pending resources, design and construction to be completed in stages, with first stage completion by July 1, 2023 and final stage completion by September 1, 2023; and all phases including construction will be completed under one agreement.
