In accordance with Section 1-13 of the Concession Rules of the City of New York, the New York City Department of Parks and Recreation (“Parks”) is issuing, as of the date of this notice a non-significant Request for Proposals (“RFP”) proposals for the development, operation and maintenance of bicycle rentals and other recreational equipment rentals at various locations on Staten Island with the option for future Staten Island locations.There will be a recommended remote proposer meeting on Friday, October 1, 2021, at 1:00 pm.
