All firms interested in receiving further correspondence regarding this Request for Proposals (RFP) will be required to complete a free registration using BidSync ( https://www.bidsync.com/bidsync-app-web/vendor/register/Login.xhtml ). All proposals must be received via BidSync by the Department of Finance at or before December 5 th, 2022. The preferred method for bid submission is electronic via BidSync. However, if you wish to submit a paper copy, please

submit it in a sealed envelope to the Department of Finance, City of San Luis Obispo, 990 Palm Street, San Luis Obispo, CA, 93401.
