Detailed specifications may be obtained at the Town Hall during the hours of 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Sealed proposals will be received at the Town Clerk’s Office until 3:00 PM, February 20, 2024.Proposals shall be clearly marked “Feasibility Investigation For Bike & Pedestrian Safety Improvements For Charlestown Beach Road” in the lower left-hand corner. Questions regarding this RFP should be directed to Stephen McCandless, Geographic Information Systems, (GIS) Coordinator at (401) 364-1214. Responses received after said time will not be accepted. Electronic delivery of said information in any form is prohibited. An award for contract for such services will be made by the “evaluated method.” Evaluation shall be made on the basis of cost, relevant experience, qualifications, presentation and the professional reputation of the bidder.
