Work included under this contract consists of replacing the existing oil fired boiler with a new gas fired boiler, new pumps, valves, and associated accessories for the two zone system. Piping in the existing bays will remain, however the 4 unit heaters will be replaced as well as the thermostats and controls. Site drainage improvements that consist of patch work, installing a trench drain & connection of downspout, sealcoating entire paved area, and patching the storm drain pipe area on the entrance driveway. Removal of 4000 gallon underground oil tank. Replacement of the boiler room doorway frame and door.
