Outsourced Printing and Copying Services

The Klein Independent School District is accepting bid responses for the following products and services: Outsourced Printing and Copying Services This bid is offered in accordance with the instructions, terms and conditions, and requirements/specifications contained in this solicitation. Please note the specific requirements represented by bid attachments and bid attributes if applicable. The Klein Independent School District reserves the right to postpone, to accept or reject any or all bids as it deems to be in its best interest. This is an annual process for all vendors. All vendors MUST respond to the RFP for Outsourced Printing and Copying Services in order to be utilized by Klein ISD. The line items below are a sample of some of the standard printing projects in Klein ISD.

The line item pricing will be used to evaluate not only that product for award but also a multiple vendor award listing for other special outsourced printing services. As special outsourced printing projects are needed throughout the year, those projects will be quoted among the awarded vendors. The contract will be effective March 6, 2023 through February 28, 2024. The District will be accepting proposal response on a continual basis from the issue date of this RFP until closing at 2:00PM on December 1, 2023. The first submission deadline is February 1, 2023, which will be taken to the March 6, 2023 Board Meeting. Responses will be submitted to the Board of Directors. We highly recommend responding to the 1st deadline of February 1, 2023 to remain a bid vendor with no interruption. The Klein Independent School District offers Klein e-Bid to post and receive electronic bids. It is strongly recommended that bidders submit this bid electronically. This contract will be effective March 6, 2023. KISD is utilizing our electronic bidding system to perform all new bids and bid renewals. With this new process, vendors will be required to download, complete, and attach all mandatory bid documents (located in the attachments tab of this bid) prior to submission.
