Three-Year Contract for Laundry Equipment Inspection & Maintenance; Spec #48-08/22

The intent of this bid is to contract for the inspection, maintenance, and repair of laundry equipment at the Neshaminy Manor Nursing Facility, 1660 Easton Rd, Warrington PA. This contract shall start on or about October 10, 2022, will run for three years and includes the option to extend the contract for one additional 1-year period. Service must be performed by or be supervised by technicians who have achieved a Certification of Completion from a Milnor Service Seminar.
