Bid documents of all such supplies and materials may be obtained upon request from the Engineering Dept. at City Hall, 107 Courthouse Square, Oxford, MS. Bids should be submitted on the forms provided and prices quoted should be binding for the period from October 1, 2022 through September 30, 2023. Bids must be in a sealed envelope and plainly marked. Contracts for purchase will be made from the lowest and/or best bids submitted.
