"ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS\n\nSealed proposals will be received by the Division of Public Works, State of Idaho, at DPW Field Office,\n611 Wilson Avenue Suite 1, Pocatello, Idaho 83201 until 11:00am local time, on Thursday, December\n15, 2022 for DPW Project 21245 Upgrade HVAC, Student Rec Center, Idaho State University,\nPocatello, Idaho.\n\nA description of the work of this project can be summarized to include demolition and removal of an existing\n\u201chot water heating only\u201d rooftop mounted air handler. The unit is to be replaced with two new 28-ton packaged\nDX cooling rooftop units with hot water heating coils. Some ductwork and piping alteration will be necessary\nand additional electrical service will be required. Structural reinforcement will be required to accommodate\nthe new distribution of weight. Six destratification fans will be added to assist with the distribution of heating\nin the winter. Lastly, upgraded DDC infrastructure will be included.\n\nProposals will be
