The qualified contractors will be the annual service contractors for the University providing steam water tube boiler tuning, steam-line repair, boiler repair and maintenance as needed for the University Steam Department. The steam services contract shall be for all repair, service, and maintenance work associated with the commercial steam trade. The intent of this solicitation is to award an Agency Contract.
