American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA

The City of Irving (the “City”) is contracting for services for the City Outdoor Wi-Fi Expansion Project Phase 2. The City is requesting proposals from qualified vendors for Outdoor Wireless LAN, Wireless Backhaul, support equipment, and installation of this equipment. The project will be funded through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). Proposers must sign the provided Federal Funds addendum and comply with all provisions of 2 CFR Part 200. Due to the funding source noted above, vendor must submit proposals directly to the City. Quoting these items through a cooperative agreement will result in a non-responsive bid. Proposers must attend one of the two scheduled mandatory site visits to have your proposal considered responsive. Not attending one of the two site visits in its entirety will result in a non-responsive proposal. Any questions or request for clarification should be submitted under the Questions tab in this online solicitation. The responses will be posted after

consultation with the appropriate department personnel. If the responses necessitate a significant change to the specification, an addendum will issued. The City of Irving strongly encourages respondents to submit their response to this bid electronically. Please call the individual listed on the bid if you require assistance with this submittal. In the case of an RFP or RFQ, any hard copy requirements will be identified in the specifications under Contents of Proposal.
