U.S. Customs and Border Protection, San Diego Sector, requires access to regional law enforcement databases called the Automated Regional Information System (ARJIS) and San Diego Users Network/California Law Enforcement Telecommunications System (SUN/CLETS). Together, the systems are collectively known as ARJISnet. ARJISnet was created to share information among justice agencies throughout San Diego and Imperial Counties, California and has evolved into a complex criminal justice enterprise network used by 80+local, state, and federal agencies in the two California counties that border Mexico. This is a noncompetitive contract action due to the fact that access to ARJISNet can only be provided by the following governmental entity:San Diego Association of Governments (SANDAG)/Automated Regional Justice Information System (ARJIS)401 B Street, Suite 800San Diego, CA 92101-4231The NAICS code applicable to this acquisition is 922190 - Other Justice, Public Order, and Safety Activities. The Small Business Administration does not establish size standards for public administration NAICS codes.It is anticipated that a 11-month firm-fixed-price contract will be established for these services covering the period of August 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023. A Request for Quotations (RFQ) will be issued on or about July 20, 2022 and made available through SAM.
