THE CITY OF RAWLINS will receive sealed bids ( NO FAXED OR EMAILED BIDS) for Twenty-Two (22) TASER T7 (Bundle) conducted energy weapons with firmware upgradable, two-shot weapons manufactured by AXON Enterprises, Inc associated trade-in TASER X-2 model, in the City Clerk’s Office at City Hall, PO Box 953 / 521 West Cedar Street Rawlins, WY 82301 , until 3:00 pm on Thursday, March 30 th, 2023, at which time bids will be publicly opened. No bids shall be considered which are received after the scheduled time. All bids will be on separate forms and in sealed envelopes clearly marked with the name of the

project “ T7 TASER Package” in the lower left-hand corner. Bidding documents including but not limited to bid specifications are available from the City Clerk's Office at the address shown above, by calling 307-328-4500, or by downloading them from the Rawlins website at www.rawlinswy.gov. Bidders must use the City of Rawlins Bid Form. All questions should be addressed to Chief Michael Ward, Officer Thomas Gamblin, or Lieutenant Rick Hooper at 307-328-4530.The “Bid Form”, “Invitation to Bid” and Wyoming Statute §15-1-113 are by reference made a part of the bidding documents and invitation to bid. The City of Rawlins reserves the right to accept deviations from the specifications and to waive any and all formalities or technicalities in the bidding in the sole discretion of the City. The City reserves the right to reject all bids or accept any bid, which in its sole and absolute judgment, shall under all circumstances, best serve the City's interests. Bid Guarantee required pursuant to Wyoming State Statute §15-1-113(f).
