Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Replacement

The Arizona Department of Administration (“ADOA”) Human Resources Department (“Department”) on behalf of the State of Arizona (hereinafter referred to as the “State”) is seeking proposals from qualified organizations to provide the subscription, implementation, and continued support of an enterprise Human Resources Information System (“HRIS”) through Software as a Service (“SaaS”) or cloud computing to replace the existing core HRIS and supporting systems. The State also seeks to acquire new systems to support the full employee lifecycle and simplify the State of Arizona’s ongoing operations and support with a one-stop single-platform (integrated) comprehensive modern human resources technology solution in a secure cloud environment (see AZRAMP requirements). As authorized under A.R.S. §§ 41-2501 et seq., the State intends to establish one contract in conformance with the requirements described herein, in addition to state and federal law.
The State will conduct a non-mandatory virtual Pre-Offer Conference on Wednesday, November 3rd, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM (AZ Time).  Meeting Details are as follows:
