This Bid is for Local Small Businesses within the Mansfield ISD School Boundaries. Mansfield ISD is accepting RFP's (Request for Proposals) for General Retail Merchandise, Groceries, Supplies, Equipment and Services that will be purchased on an "as needed" basis. It is the intent of this Solicitation to establish a discount from shelf pricing contract. Proposers should indicate a primary discount (even if the discount is "0 %" or shelf price, but may offer multiple discounts by category and/or total purchase. These items will normally be purchased in small quantities on as "As Needed" basis by more than 43 campuses and departments throughout the Mansfield School Districts.
