By way of this Market Survey/Sources Sought Notice, the USACE-Chicago District intends to determine the extent of capable firms engaged in providing the services described hereunder for FACILITY SUPPORT SERVICES at the Chicago Sanitary and Ship Canal (CSSC) Aquatic Nuisance Species facility buildings located at 750 through 790 East Old Romeo Road, in Lockport, Illinois, 60441.The responses to this Notice will be used for planning purposes for an upcoming procurement. Therefore, this Notice does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP); it does not guarantee the future issue of a RFP; nor does it commit the government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Further, this Agency will not accept unsolicited proposals. Respondents are advised that this Agency will not pay for any information or administrative cost incurred in response to this Notice; all costs associated with responding to this Notice will be solely at the responding party's expense.GOVERNMENT REQUIREMENTS:

Under the Contract, the contractor shall furnish staff of experience, support equipment, and material of quantity to provide interior and exterior custodial/housekeeping; establish and maintain fire alarm monitoring; establish and maintain fire alarm system; establish and maintain monthly interior and exterior pest control services, refuse services, portable toilet services, and waste water tank services and other cost reimbursable facility maintenance work, such as closed circuit television service (CCTV) and repairs, proximity card readers service and repairs, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) service and repairs, non-routine and emergency repair of 7 generators, hazardous waste clean-up and disposal, and dust abatement and control applications to the East Bank Barrier Road, for the USACE Chicago Sanitary and Ship Canal (CSSC) Aquatic Nuisance Species facility buildings, of 9 total buildings.REQUESTED INFORMATION: This Agency requests that interested contractors complete the following questions to assist the government in its market research efforts.1.
