Proposals will be accepted until 1:00 p.m., CT, on Monday, November 28th, 2022, at which time they will be opened and recorded aloud in City Hall, Lower Level, Room 10. Specifications may be obtained at the Purchasing Division, 501 Harrison Avenue, Suite 238 Panama City, Florida, or our website www.panamacity.gov.Proposals may be submitted in person at the Purchasing Division, or

via U.S. mail or courier service. Sealed packages must be plainly marked, “RFP PC23-008 ~ FORENSIC ACCOUNTING SERVICES ~ NOVEMBER 28, 2022” along with the firm's name and address.
