The project involves the purchase and installation of thirteen (13) streetlights, with the CGP 12 Ft. Commercial Post and Base, each with a GM 660 Cast Aluminum LED Post Light. The color for both will be black. The scope of this project does not include wiring or the concrete base. Proposals will be received no later than 8:45 a.m. on March 22 nd , 2024. Proposals may be hand delivered or sent via United States Postal Service or other postal shipping carrier. Please address or deliver the proposals to: City of Toccoa re: Jeremy Ward, 92 N. Alexander St., Toccoa, GA 30577. City of Toccoa is not responsible for proposals not delivered or received and it shall be the duty of the Proposer to ensure receipt. The City of Toccoa will not accept faxed or emailed copies of proposals. Hand delivered copies may be delivered between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM (EDT) Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, furlough days, and inclement weather closing. City of Toccoa reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any technicalities or irregularities, and to award the contract based on the best interest of the City of Toccoa.
