Municipal Advisor Services Qualified Pool Only Manual Bids Allowed

Notice Summary Notice to Offerors Statements of Qualifications for Municipal Advisor Services for the City of Eugene will be accepted by the Purchasing Office, 100 West 10th Avenue, Suite 400, Eugene, Oregon 97401. The City intends to establish a pool of qualified Municipal Advisor Services providers. Inclusion in the pool does not guarantee that a contract for services will be offered to the provider. Qualifications may be submitted at any time prior to January 31, 2024. Qualifications will be reviewed as they are submitted. All submitters will be notified of acceptance or rejection of qualifications. Contracts may be issued to pool providers at any time. The City may reject any statement of qualifications not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any or all statements of qualifications or waive any specification or requirement upon a finding of the City it is in the public interest to do so.
