Statewide self-advocacy organization for healthcare project

The Vermont Developmental Disabilities Council is seeking letters of interest from a statewide self-advocacy organization supporting Vermonters with developmental disabilities. The successful candidate would join a diverse team working on the Inclusive Healthcare Partnership Project (IHPP). IHPP is funded by a community grant under the Health Equity Project of the Vermont department of Health. Approximately $12,000 has been made available for this
