This Solicitation Notice is to announce the U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI), U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) has a requirement for Science & Technology Support Services Contract (STSSC)- USGS National Geospatial Technical Operations Center (NGTOC) in accordance with the attached solicitation, a Request for Proposal (RFP). The policies contained in FAR Part 12, in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation and award prescribed in Part 15, as appropriate, shall be used for this acquisition. This solicitation is a 100% Set-aside for Small Business Administration 8(a) firms only. The associated NAICS code is 541990, All Other Professional, Scientific and Technical Services, with a small business size standard of $16.50 M. This solicitation will only be posted to Beta.SAM.gov Contracting Opportunities; thus, it will not be posted to FedConnect.net.
