The County of Santa Clara (“County”) is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to provide Neuro Navigation system, Imaging System, Services and Support, Related Software and Products to meet the need for patient care for County, County of Santa Clara Health System (CSCHS), including Santa Clara Valley Medical Center (“SCVMC”), O’Connor Hospital, St. Louise Regional Hospital and other programs.  Qualified vendors must also be able to provide extended warranties on all products, delivery, training, service support and reporting on usage.
This RFP may result in a single or multiple award. If an award is made, it is the County’s intent to award a contract for five (5) years, unless terminated earlier or otherwise amended.
 
The County will hold a pre-proposal conference on the date and time specified in Section III.A of this RFP.  For those unable to attend in person, a teleconference line will be provided.  Attendance in the pre-proposal conference is highly recommended.


THIS RFP SOLICITATION REQUIRES ALL PROPOSALS TO BE SUBMITTED ELECTRONICALLY THROUGH PERISCOPE.  NO PAPER, EMAIL OR FAX SUBMISSIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED .
